Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

All items will be shipped via Canada Post - orders will be processed with in 3 - 5 business day of placing your order. You will be sent an email notification when you order gets shipped out.

We do your best to source shipping and packing materials that are environmentally friendly, and reuse materials where possible. So, if you get a box with strange or random packing materials, this is why.

customers pay for any custom charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country

WE DO NOT MARK ITEMS AS "GIFTS' AND WE PUT THE TRUE VALUE OF THE ITEM SO THAT IF YOU ITEM IS LOST WE CAN REFUND YOU THE FULL VALUE.

REMEMBER: once your order is in the hands of the post office - please contact Canada Post with your trackingnumber to get more information on the location of your package (items that are sent with no tracking and no insurance, the post office cannot check its whereabouts because it has no tracking) you can also track your package at the Canada Post website www.canadapost.ca or call 1-866-607-6301

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses - we ship to the address provided - refunds for your order cannot be made due to this. Terri Ekvall Ceramics is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Terri Ekvall Ceramics you are still responsible for all original shipping charges.
